Carmel, IN-based family‑owned CFS is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a centralized corporate AP function supporting multiple branches. You will partner with the Controller and Corporate Accounting to strengthen controls and modernize processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience supervising an AP team in a high‑volume environment.
• Strong proficiency with AP systems and Excel, with process improvement capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Corporate AP team with training, guidance, and performance oversight.
• Oversee invoice processing, coding accuracy, tax review, approvals, and weekly payment cycles.
• Manage vendor setup, compliance documentation, ACH/wire enrollments, and vendor relationships.
• Reconcile AP ledger accounts, review aging reports, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support month‑end close, audit requests, and documentation of AP policies and procedures.
