The Staff Pad is partnering with an established organization to identify an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee and streamline accounts payable operations across multiple business entities from their DFW office.

This hybrid, full-time role focuses on leading the AP team, standardizing processes, strengthening controls, and ensuring timely payment processing and month-end close activities. Collaboration with stakeholders across the organization is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and standardize accounts payable processes across multiple US entities.
• Manage weekly payment runs and ensure payments align with terms.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics for invoice processing and turnaround times.
• Coordinate month-end close activities and communicate progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing, PO, capex, and payment policies.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounts payable team.
