Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Prior AP leadership experience managing multi-level teams.
• Experience in large, complex organizations (preferably $500M+ revenue).
• Multi-entity and multi-location exposure strongly preferred.
• Strong system proficiency; Dynamics 365 experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 6–10 person Accounts Payable team.
• Oversee full-cycle AP operations across 6 entities.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and vendor payments.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated issues.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes.
