Stat Emergency Center is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to own the full AP cycle across multiple entities in a Houston hybrid setting. You will manage invoices, approvals, and card transactions, while leading an offshore AP team and ensuring accurate financial data for close and audit.

Key responsibilities include Ramp operations, vendor management, 1099s, and intercompany accounting. A bachelor’s in accounting or finance with 5+ years AP experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 5+ years in AP with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience across full-cycle AP for multi-entity setups.
• Strong Excel skills and vendor communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the AP cycle across entities, code invoices, and route for approvals.
• Run Ramp for AP, cards, reimbursements; maintain Ramp-NetSuite integration.
• Prepare weekly payment runs and manage early-pay discounts.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, 1099s, and annual audits.
• Close AP subledger-to-GL reconciliation and support controls.
