Altus Community Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Houston, TX, with hybrid work flexibility. You will own the full AP cycle across multiple entities, ensuring accurate coding, timely payments, and clean data for close and PE reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in AP, NetSuite and Ramp experience, and a track record leading teams and implementing controls. You will drive automation and vendor management within a private equity backed, multi-site operation.

Responsibilities

• Own the AP cycle across all entities: review invoices, code to correct entity/facility/GL, and route for approval under DOA.
• Monitor the AP queue daily and clear unapproved invoices and card transactions.
• Run Ramp for AP, cards and reimbursements; manage Ramp-NetSuite integration and fix sync errors.
• Lead and review offshore AP team.
• Prepare weekly payment runs by due date and coordinate with treasury.
• Vendor onboarding: W-9s, TIN matching, OIG screening, and 1099s.
• Complete AP close, reconcile Ramp to NetSuite monthly, and support audits.
