Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee accounts payable and related financial activities. The role focuses on ensuring timely vendor payments, accurate invoice processing, and strong process control within a growing retail network.

You will supervise AP activities, support month-end close, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while collaborating with finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting is highly desirable.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, FloQast, or other ERP systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing and AP reconciliation.
• Coordinate payments (ACH, wire, checks) and vendor inquiries.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain AP aging reports and payment activity summaries.
