Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of accounts payable experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with 1099 reporting and tax compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices and payment processing, ensuring proper authorization.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and documentation; resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoice data for payment; process electronic payments (ACH, wire, checks).
• Monitor payment schedules to avoid late fees and ensure timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements; assist with month-, quarter-, and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial documents and AP aging and payment activity summaries.
• Support internal/external audits with required documentation.
