Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AR/AP.
• 2+ years of dealership accounting experience (automotive or powersports).
• Familiarity with EVO or similar dealership software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with data entry and document management.
• Willing to work extra hours mid-month and at month-end.

Responsibilities

• Post daily bank transactions accurately.
• Bill sales deals and input inventory into EVO system.
• Process OEM dealer transfers and intercompany reconciliations.
• Enter vendor invoices and prepare A/P checks.
• Reconcile monthly OEM parts statements.
• Process F&I product cancellations and warranty refunds.
• Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end close.
• Support various projects assigned by Regional Controller.
