Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, payments, and reconciliations.
• Lead and develop the AP team and maintain vendor relationships.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and internal controls.
• Maintain vendor master records and monitor AP aging reports.
• Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger and assist with audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and drive compliance.
