Responsibilities

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and payment requests.
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and prepare payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Complete check runs and process payments for multiple locations.
• Post AP transactions to the general ledger and cash accounts.
• Manage timely payment of loans, real estate taxes, and other financial obligations.
• Reconcile accounts payable, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain vendor records and communicate with vendors and internal employees.
• Support cash management and other related accounting functions.
