Job summary

Cassia is a nonprofit senior living organization based in Edina, MN. We are hiring an Accounts Payable Lead to join our growing team at our Edina corporate office. This on-site role supports daily AP operations and collaborates with the AP Manager to improve workflows across locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP or general accounting experience, a accounting certificate or associate degree, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Sage Intacct is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Accounting certificate or Associate's Degree preferred.
• ERP or accounting software experience; Sage Intacct preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices accurately and timely into the Sage accounting system.
• Analyze invoices and expense reports to assign expenses to general ledger accounts and cost centers.
• Assist with planning and preparing weekly payments for assigned locations.
• Create and maintain vendor records in Sage.
• Resolve invoice and payment issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and assist with 1099 reporting and audits.
• Ensure AP policies and procedures are followed.
