Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead daily expense payables operations for a large automotive aftermarket and distribution organization. The role requires oversight of expense reports, corporate card transactions, and non-PO invoices, while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

You will manage a team of AP Coordinators and Specialists, support offshore BPO operations, and drive process improvements while maintaining strong internal controls and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in Accounts Payable or related finance function.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer proficiency.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume expense payables processing and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and production metrics.
• Manage ServiceNow queues and resolve escalated inquiries from internal stakeholders.
• Coach and develop AP Coordinators and Specialists; manage performance reviews and training.
• Support offshore BPO operations and ensure productivity and compliance.
• Maintain process documentation and drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders and IT to resolve system issues and support audits.
