Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Accounts Payable experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, VIM, Ariba, Concur, FileNet, and bank portals is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site invoice intake, mailroom coordination, scanning, and OCR exception resolution.
• Oversee invoicing across plant, freight, corporate, and utilities with 2-way/3-way matching.
• Manage payment support, checks, escheatment, and audit documentation.
• Lead third-party execution, monitor KPIs, and ensure internal controls and SOX alignment.
• Coach AP team, onboard staff, and drive process improvements using SAP and related tools.
