Job summary

GSM Outdoors is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable team, reporting to the AP Manager. The role ensures invoices, payments, reconciliations, and related transactions are processed accurately and timely in accordance with company procedures.

The AP Supervisor will lead a team, develop staff, support month-end close, internal controls, audits, and resolve escalated issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience providing team leadership, training, or supervision

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team
• Ensure invoices are entered, coded, approved, and paid accurately and on time
• Manage month-end close and internal controls in AP
• Support vendor relationships and interdepartmental collaboration
• Assist with process improvements and system implementations
