Martin's Famous Pastry Shoppe, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to provide clerical support for paying obligations and maintaining accurate AP records. You will match and process invoices, verify accuracy, and prepare checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a HS diploma, pursuit of an accounting/finance degree, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Oracle. Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to handle vendor inquiries and routine audits.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance at an accredited institution.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and Oracle is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Match, scan and key invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and approvals (coding, pricing, approvals, taxes).
• Sort invoices by due date and type.
• Prepare accounts payable checks.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
• Audit expense reports and assist with special projects.
