DAILY:

• Perform day to day financial transactions by verifying, classifying, and entering supplier invoices.
• Reconcile vendor accounts to ensure all invoices and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Respond to vendor inquiries
• Resolve open purchase orders
• Complete to problem invoices
• Convert inventory return to voucher
• Email vendors to inquire about credits owed & enter in system
• Enter credits when received
