Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of data entry experience; accounts payable experience not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process a high volume of vendor invoices into the accounting system.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness before data entry.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
• Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Update vendor information and maintain accurate account records.
• Support the Accounts Payable team with administrative tasks and reporting.
• Work within multiple software systems to ensure timely and accurate processing.
