One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Charlotte, NC is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing finance team. You will process invoices, verify entries, and support payment approvals to keep AP operations accurate and compliant.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year in AP, proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. You’ll work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and help streamline processes.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic Excel skills are required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
• Accurate data entry processing.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with internal teams.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion.
• A dependable, self-motivated approach and willingness to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and verify incoming invoices using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan.
• Manage invoice approvals and resolve billing discrepancies with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and documentation.
• Assist with tracking outstanding invoices and follow up on approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and reduce manual data entry.
• Provide general support to the finance team as needed.
