Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in accounts payable.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic Excel required.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.
• Accurate data entry with high attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and verify invoices using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan.
