• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and account balances.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts payable reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist with other accounting duties as needed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
