• Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries with clear documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closes with accruals and schedules.
• Assist audits with organized documentation.
• Ensure AP activity follows policies and internal controls.
• Prepare recurring AP reports highlighting exceptions and trends.
• Analyze data to identify errors and process gaps.
• Collaborate with procurement and finance to improve data quality.
• Maintain audit-ready support for invoices and approvals.
