Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to support the accounting operations of a busy HVAC service company. You will enter and process vendor invoices, prepare customer invoices, and manage payments including ACH transactions.

You will review ServiceTitan jobs to ensure accurate labor, materials, and charges, apply payments, and follow up on past-due accounts while maintaining strong communication with vendors and customers in a fast-paced environment.

• Enter, review, and process vendor invoices and customer billing.
• Assist with weekly check runs and ACH payments.
• Follow up on past-due accounts and apply customer payments.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Collaborate with dispatch, technicians, operations, and management to resolve billing issues.
