Accounts Payable Coordinator

Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client on the northwest side of Indianapolis in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position will be working onsite.

Hourly pay: $25 - $33 /hr based on level experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Enters payables into GL system after performing 3‑way matches.
• Ensures compliance with accounting policies.
• Produce weekly reports requesting cash requirements for weekly payments.
• Process AP Check run selections in the system.
• Track receipts of goods that haven't been entered into GL system for accrual entries.
• Assist in set‑up of new suppliers in the system.
• Respond to vendor inquiries as needed.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $25.00/hr – $33.00/hr.

Additional benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement plan. Potential discretionary bonuses.
