Shoals Technologies Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support daily transactional processing, reconciliations, and administrative accounting tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy in Accounts Payable and Receivable while aligning with company policies and standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and flexible enough to support multiple areas of the accounting function within our Tennessee operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years in accounting/clerical role preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Receivable with collections as needed.
• Assist with Accounts Payable functions, including reconciliations and documentation.
• Enter and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems.
• Prepare, review, and file invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support for Navan and Capital One access.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Respond to internal/external inquiries related to accounting records.
• Assist accountants or finance managers with audits and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
