Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience in accounts payable or a similar financial support function.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote/hybrid collaboration.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Audit and process PO and non-PO invoices using a paperless workflow system.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Handle special check requests from internal employees and prioritize urgent items.
• Collaborate to improve invoice processing workflows and manage escalations.
• Support AP leadership with ad hoc projects and data entry with high accuracy.
• Reconcile payable activities and assist overall accounting operations.
