Silfab Solar is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate processing of invoices and payments using Business Central. The role involves bi-weekly wire transfers, freight and customs understanding, and resolving discrepancies in a fast-paced environment.

You will support period-end close, vendor reconciliations, and audits while maintaining strong communication with the finance team. A Bachelor's in Accounting or related experience is required, with advanced Excel/ERP skills valued.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, accounting software (i.e., Business Central, QuickBooks) and/or ERP software.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Banking or Finance

Responsabilidades

• Perform functions of Accounts Payable using Business Central.
• Bi-Weekly payment transactions including wire transfers.
• General understanding of freight and customs processes.
• Trace transactions to identify discrepancies and correct them.
• Reconcile high volume credit card accounts.
• Manage email correspondence regarding accounts payable.
• Assist with period end closing activities.
• Follow up on inquiries and assist managers with cost center issues.
• Review weekly A/P aging and resolve or escalate as needed.
• Assist with external audits.
• Assist with month-end close related to vendor statements and accruals.
