Vaden Automotive, a family-owned dealership in Savannah, GA, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. You will issue payments, reconcile vendor statements, post AP items, and prepare reports to support management.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year AP experience and a high school diploma, with strong attention to detail and reliable communication. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

What You'll Do

• Issuing payments and reconciling vendor statements with precision
• Posting open items in accounts payable daily — keeping everything running on track
• Generating accounting reports and statements for management
• Processing factory invoices with accuracy and speed
• Requesting invoice copies and PO approvals from managers
• Jumping in to assist with special accounting projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong accounts payable experience is preferred (1+ year preferred)
• Automotive dealership background is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and always on top of deadlines
• Great communicator with strong time management skills
• Dependable, professional, and ready to be a trusted part of the team
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
