Job summary

Vaden Automotive is seeking an Inventory Administrator in Savannah to keep vehicle inventory accurate across multiple locations. You’ll support the accounting team with wholesale transactions, new car records, dealer trades, intercompany processing, and used car purchases.

The role requires detail-oriented, organized teamwork with strong Excel skills. Automotive accounting experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn and a high school diploma or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in automotive accounting preferred, but we’re open to learning.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and other office programs.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Bonus points if you’ve used dealership management systems (DMS) before.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
