Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in customer service or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for assigned accounts and coordinate daily tasks.
• Process pickup/delivery requests and verify timeliness.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with accounts receivable/payable issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate account profiles and document collection.
