Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is seeking a Freight Operations professional to support day-to-day execution for transactional brokerage accounts, ensuring reliable follow-through and high customer service. You will manage load building, standard quoting, appointment scheduling, and documentation across TL and LTL lanes.

You will monitor load coverage, escalate as needed, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with Sales, Billing, and Carrier Ops to drive timely issue resolution while upholding

• Support day-to-day freight execution for transactional brokerage accounts.
• Manage load building, standard quoting, appointment scheduling, and documentation for TL and LTL.
• Ensure timelines, accurate documentation, and timely escalations.
• Monitor load coverage and escalate to maintain high service levels.
• Develop understanding of freight brokerage processes and quoting TL lanes.
• Maintain clear load records and robust handoffs to reduce rework.
