You will coordinate daily shipments via phone, email, and Echo’s client portal, ensure accurate and timely billing, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction across the logistics network.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree with high GPA
• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledgeable on relevant modes of transportation

Responsibilities

• Manage existing key account relationships and offer solutions based on shipping patterns and needs
• Coordinate daily shipments via phone, email and Echo’s client-facing web portal
• Ensure billing accuracy and timeliness, proactively notify client of changes
• Problem solve issues such as missed pickups, late deliveries, damaged freight or incorrect billing
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to track shipments, resolve discrepancies and file claims accurately
