Echo Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Freight Operations professional to support day-to-day execution for transactional brokerage accounts, ensuring timely tendering, accurate documentation, and strong customer service across TL and LTL loads.

You will assist sales reps with load building, quotes, scheduling, and document collection, while maintaining clean records and clear handoffs. Collaboration with Finance, Carrier Ops, and other teams is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Freight Operations: execute tendered loads across LTL and TL, including load building, scheduling, documenting, and quoting standard TL lanes.
• Monitor load coverage, escalate to ensure high service levels and minimal missed loads.
• Maintain accurate load records with clear inputs and notes to enable smooth handoffs and audits.
• Resolve routine exceptions using SOPs and escalate only when needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Carrier Ops, and Billing to close issues promptly.
