Job summary

Echo Global Logistics in Troy, MI is seeking a Freight Operations Specialist to support day-to-day execution for transactional brokerage accounts, handling load building, quoting, appointment scheduling, and documentation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Carrier Ops and Billing to ensure on-time, accurate shipments, respond to customer inquiries, and drive high levels of service while building expertise in TL and LTL processes and maintaining clear, auditable records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor load coverage and escalate issues to maintain service levels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Carrier Ops, Billing, and Financial Ops to resolve issues.
• Provide proactive updates to sales reps and customers.
• Maintain clean, auditable load records and handoffs.
