Job summary

Roadtex Transportation, now part of Echo Global Logistics, seeks an Account Coordinator to manage daily operations for transactional clients and coordinate with internal and external partners to exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities include data entry, pickup/delivery verification, and issue resolution.

You will support a book of accounts, handle ad hoc requests, and ensure SOPs are followed while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2-year college or vocational degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or logistics.
• Proven track record of multitasking and problem solving.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support a book of transactional accounts and drive operational success.
• Provide operational support by managing daily duties and ad hoc requests.
• Enter pickup and delivery requests for client shipments.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver world-class customer service.
• Proactively communicate issues to the team and manage account relationships.
