Job summary

Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented accounting professional to join our Accounting Group in Sugar Grove, IL.

The role focuses on billing, accounts receivable, data entry, and preparing invoices and reports to support financial operations. The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree in Accounting and 5–10 years of billing/related experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Deltek Ajera/Vision/Vantagepoint and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Billing Technician or comparable job.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and accounting systems.
• Ability to prepare and analyze reports and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assists Billing Manager in performing accounting work, accounts receivables, filing, and maintaining records for clients and internal staff.
• Prepares data and invoices, reports, payroll spreadsheets, charts, and graphs for financial assistance; prepares employment agreements and other confidential documents.
• Prepares time sheets in a timely manner and attends meetings as necessary.
