Industrial Electric Supply (IES) is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing operations in a wholesale electrical distribution environment. Qualifications

• Proficient in billing processes and financial recordkeeping.
• Experience with vendor invoicing and payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices and payments for vendors and customers.
• Establish and maintain vendor records in Epicor Eclipse.
• Review statements, investigate discrepancies and communicate payment status.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare customer statements and collection notices.
• Assist with reconciliations and financial reporting.
