Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented accounting professional to join our Accounting Group in Sugar Grove, IL. The role focuses on billing, data entry, and financial reporting to support client and internal staff needs.

The candidate will assist the Billing Manager, prepare time sheets, and maintain confidential documents. Strong communication, collaboration, and proficiency with Deltek software and MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field from an accredited college.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Billing Technician or comparable job.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Assists Billing Manager in billing, accounts receivable, filing, and recordkeeping for clients and internal staff.
• Prepares and enters data and invoices, payroll spreadsheets, and reports as needed for financial support.
• Prepares time sheets promptly and attends meetings as required.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information professionally.
