Connect Search LLC is assisting a reputable manufacturing employer in Racine, WI to hire a full-time AP/Accounting Specialist. The role offers $60–$65k, comprehensive benefits and profit sharing, with a 1st shift schedule and two remote days after training.

Responsibilities include AP processing, vendor master data management, reconciliations, and assisting with month-, quarter-, and year-end close, plus process automation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP foundation and month-end experience.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure vendor records are accurate.
• Reconcile AP subledger to general ledger.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Automation/process improvement experience.
• Driven to grow and dedicated to high performance.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Must have Associate Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable accurately and timely.
• Maintain vendor master data and reconcile records.
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL and support month-end close.
• Assist with quarter-end and year-end activities.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Demonstrate initiative and growth mindset.

I am lookingto hire a full-time AP/Accounting Specialistfor reputable manufacturing company here inRacine, WI(53404).This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately.

Pay:$60-$65k (based on experience) & Benefits & Profit Sharing
