Connect Search, LLC is seeking a full-time AP/Accounting Specialist for a reputable manufacturing company in Racine, WI. The role offers permanent employment with benefits, and immediate interviews. Pay ranges from $60k–$65k with benefits and profit sharing. Schedule is 1st shift, M-F, with 2 days remote after training.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of AP foundation and month-end experience, plus experience with automation/process improvements and a drive to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AP foundation and month-end experience.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile AP subledger to GL.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
• Automation/process improvement experience.
• Driven and growth-oriented candidate.
