Prior accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBooks are required, along with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. The position emphasizes ownership, accountability, and the ability to build scalable financial processes as the company grows.

• Experience with invoicing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and expense reporting.

• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts.

• Support month-end close, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Identify discrepancies, resolve problems, and improve processes as we grow.

This is a hands-on role working directly with our CFO. Prior accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBooks are required.
