We’re seeking a dependable Accounting / Bookkeeping Specialist to help keep the financial side of the business running smoothly as we grow. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including payables/receivables, invoicing, job costing, reconciliations, and vendor tracking, using QuickBooks or similar software.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience in a trade or service setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar software.
• Clear communication with ownership and operations.
• Reliable, organized, and trustworthy.

Responsabilidades

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions that keep our operations organized and financially healthy, including:

• Accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Invoicing, collections, and job costing support
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Tracking expenses and vendor accounts
• Maintaining accurate records in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (trade/service industry a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Experience with QuickBooks (or similar software)
• Clear communicator who can work with ownership and operations
