Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Manager, Accounting Operations to own accounts payable, expense, and travel operations as the company scales. This hands-on role focuses on bringing order to a fast-growing finance function while leveraging AI to improve efficiency.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement procurement controls, support billing, and contribute to month-end close and audits. Remote-friendly for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, expense management, and travel programs.
• Experience with or exposure to procurement and vendor management tools and processes.
• Ability to build processes and find creative solutions to problems.
• Genuine fluency with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations day to day.
• Help build procurement function, including vendor management and spend controls.
• Partner with legal, people, and IT teams to streamline processes as we grow.
• Use AI tools to automate and improve how the team works.
• Support billing operations as part of the broader finance function.
• Collaborate with Finance on month-end close, audits, and reporting.
