Job summary

Collectors is seeking a Senior Manager, AP & T&E to own accounts payable, the corporate card programs, and travel and expense for a global, multi-entity operation. You will lead a small team, set the automation roadmap, and partner with Corporate Tax and Finance to drive scalable processes.

Reporting to the Director, Procure-to-Pay, you will manage end-to-end payables, card programs, and T&E across U.S. entities with growth into international regions as the business expands.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in accounts payable, payment operations, or finance operations.
• 4+ years directly managing a team.
• Experience owning a corporate card program and a T&E program.
• ERP and multi-entity / multi-currency experience; NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to automate payables processes and implement AP automation.

Responsibilities

• Own AP end to end including onboarding, invoicing, approvals, payments.
• Set payment strategy across ACH, wire, check, and card.
• Deliver a clean AP close and maintain controls.
• Own vendor payment relationships and respond to suppliers.
• Own T&E program policy, platform, and reimbursement cycles.
• Lead and develop a small team and drive automation.
