Litera in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable to lead end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely payments and strong vendor relationships while partnering with Accounting leadership.

This role focuses on process improvements, system implementations, and scalable automation across the ERP stack, with hybrid work and in-office collaboration required at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience in a mid-to-large organization.
• Strong AP practices: 3-way match, POs, accruals, and payments processing.
• Experience with system integrations, financial implementations, or process automation projects.
• Proficient in Excel and cross-functional financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Drive AP process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, automated solutions across ERP and AP tools.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, and integrations that strengthen Litera's financial technology stack.
• Own account reconciliations and month-end close activities, delivering clean and timely results to the Accounting team.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal controls that bring consistency and accountability to AP operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications - managing payment status, resolving disputes, and enforcing policy.
