Job summary

ShopMy is hiring a Manager, Accounting Operations (Procurement) to own AP, expense and travel operations as we scale. You will help build procurement, implement vendor controls, and partner with legal, people, and IT to streamline processes. A hands-on role requiring both process discipline and comfort with AI tools.

You will drive calendared finance tasks, support billing, and collaborate on month-end close and audits, while shaping procurement at a fast-growing e-commerce tech company.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in finance operations, accounting or related field.
• Hands-on experience with accounts payable, expense management and travel programs.
• Experience with procurement and vendor management tools.
• Comfortable building processes and solving problems creatively.
• Fluency with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable, expense management and travel operations day to day.
• Help build procurement function, including vendor management and spend controls.
• Partner with legal, people and IT teams to streamline processes.
• Use AI tools to automate and improve workflows.
• Support billing operations within the finance function.
• Collaborate with Finance on month-end close, audits and reporting.
