Job summary

Logoslabs, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable in the United States. You will oversee the full AP lifecycle, lead a team, and stay hands-on in daily financial operations, including foreign-currency payments and vendor management.

You will strengthen financial controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support month-end/year-end close. This remote US role focuses on scalable AP processes and service-oriented finance.

Qualifications

• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
• Minimum two years of formal people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, approval routing, and payment processing.
• Manage domestic and international payments (ACH, wires, checks, virtual cards) including foreign-currency transactions.
• Maintain payment accuracy and internal controls across AP processes.
• Lead vendor relationships, onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Monitor cash flow, aging, and payment schedules to support planning.
