Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience owning or heavily participating in month-end close.
• Financial statement preparation and reporting experience.
• Strong account reconciliations and general ledger experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, and overall accounting operations.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
