Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Financial Accounting Analyst for an international organization. This role blends solid financial accounting with emphasis on systems, data integrity, and timely reporting, supporting month-end and year-end close, management reporting, and ERP enhancements.

You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure accurate financial information, develop standardized reports, automate manual processes, and assist audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills ( Pivot, lookups, modeling ).
• Experience with ERP systems, Epicor preferred.
• Ability to analyze variances and data integrity issues.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities.
• Analyze financial results and explain variances to management.
• Develop financial reports within ERP and reporting systems.
• Support audits with financial reports and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, and operations.
• Maintain reporting packages and schedules.
