Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger and account reconciliation experience.
• Understanding of GAAP and basic financial reporting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel with formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience working with an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Analyze account activity and explain fluctuations and variances.
• Assist with audits and compliance requests.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate financial data.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies.
