Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed performance, budget, and team goals.
• Maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard company assets.
• Assist in the preparation and completion of monthly financial reporting.
• Conduct and prepare month-end standard journal entries with supporting documentation, ensuring a timely close.
• Monitor new product offerings, business initiatives, and efficiency projects to assess impact on existing processes and implement necessary changes.
• Help build a capable, efficient, and sustainable accounting organization across people, process, and systems.
• Assist in designing internal controls and policies in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive enhancements across the broader finance function.
